Police have charged a man and a woman aged in their 20s after a stash of cash, drugs and a sawn-off shotgun was seized during a round on a Sunbury house.

Police have seized a stash of cash, drugs and a sawn-off shotgun during a raid on a Sunbury house.
The Fawkner Divisional Response Unit executed the warrant for the Learmonth St home at 8.35am on Tuesday, finding drugs of dependence, a quantity of cash, a sawn-off shotgun and other items believed to be the proceeds of crime.
A 29-year-old Sunbury woman was charged with possessing a drug of dependence and dealing with property suspected of being the proceeds of crime.
She was bailed to appear at the Broadmeadows Magistrates Court on September 9.

A 27-year-old Craigieburn man was charged with possessing a prohibited firearm, shortening the barrel of a long arm and altering the serial number of a firearm.
