SWEET-TOOTHED shoppers will be warmed up this month in Brunswick with popular Springvale institution Daniel’s Donuts opening a pop-up store.
Based in Barkly Square, the store will not be open 24 hours like its Springvale counterpart but will provide all the regular favourites, such as Nutella, peanut butter and jelly, and Golden Gaytime.
Springvale store manager Nikia said the simple jam and cream doughnut was the most popular seller.

The family-run business stems from Wyndham’s Daniel’s Bakery, which reportedly sold 10,000 Nutella doughnuts a day in 2015.
The Springvale store had queues of customers around the clock when it opened last year and its Facebook page boasts more than 70,000 likes.
The store is believed to be the first of many pop-ups from the doughnut specialists in Melbourne.
The store is open from 6am to 10pm every day of July.
