A motorcyclist has been killed after a collision in Melbourne’s CBD on Friday.
The motorcyclist was riding along Flinders St near the bottom of Exhibition St when the male rider collided with a car about 11am on Friday.
Members of the public performed CPR on the rider until emergency services arrived but the man died at the scene.
Police and members of the fire brigade the intersection of Flinders St, Batman Ave and Olympic Bvd in both directions, including trams.
The driver of the car stopped at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
