One of two Berwick twins accused of more than 110 dangerous driving charges has returned to court after police busted him doing an alleged 262km/h on the Monash Fwy.

Sushant Mittal, 20, fronted the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on October 8, facing a whopping 114 charges relating to hooning allegations that spanned across multiple major Melbourne roadways.

Sushant had his case delayed in May, after police alleged he had driven at more than 260km/h while filming himself driving to post on TikTok.

In March, police submitted 12 briefs to the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court, which included allegations where Sushant had allegedly been clocked doing 184km/h on the Monash Fwy in August of 2022, before filming his speedometer and posting a video on his TikTok account.

The court heard police had attended his Berwick home — where the Mittal brothers lived with their parents — where he allegedly admitted to being the driver in the video.

Police have alleged Sushant’s offending escalated, demonstrated in more TikTok videos where it is alleged he engaged in speeding, hooning, drag racing and other dangerous acts including swapping seats with a passenger and leaving the car without a driver while it travelled fast.

Police have alleged Sushant drove at 217km/h in a drag race with another car on January 1 in 2023, in an 80km/h zone.

The peak of Sushant’s alleged offending was April 25 in 2023, when police say he reached 262km/h on the Monash Fwy in Hallam, while overtaking other road users.

In court on Tuesday, Sushant’s lawyer Chris Farrington said after consultation with the prosecution, his client would plead guilty to the charges.

The court heard both parties needed time to consolidate the charges.

Sushant will return to Melbourne Magistrates’ Court to enter his plea on October 16.

His bail was extended, with the a specific condition to not post on social media.

Sushant’s twin brother Subhanu was sentenced in July, where he was convicted and fined $4000, had his licence disqualified for two years and ordered to complete a two year community corrections order.
