Man charged for alleged flashing and mannequin urination in CBD store
A man allegedly flashed shoppers and workers and urinated on mannequins in a series of bizarre incidents in one of Melbourne’s busiest shopping strips.

A man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself to multiple women at two CBD stores before urinating on mannequins and clothes.
Jordan Varelis fronted Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Monday charged with behaving in an offensive manner, theft and having credit card suspected of being the proceeds of crime.
The 26-year-old man allegedly stole headphones from the Vodafone store in Melbourne Central in September last year.
The court heard the Footscray man went into the Bourke St Susan’s clothing store and exposed himself in front of four female witnesses before urinating on the mannequins.
A pair of denim jeans valued at $120 were ruined as a result.
Police allege another incident unfolded on Little Bourke St 30 minutes later where a female employee was working alone at the Crumpler store.
Police allege he threw a plastic cup at a female staff member working alone and said, “get your guns ready at six”.
He then left the store, only to return, pull his tracksuit down and expose himself and urinate in the store and saying “if you mess with the mob they will mess with you”, the court heard.
The employee locked herself in the back room and called police.
He will appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court at a later date to address all charges.
