North Ringwood has been rocked by the sudden departure of two-time premiership coach Brett Moyle.
Moyle re-signed in August for 2019 but informed the club on Monday afternoon he would be stepping down from the role due to increasing work and family commitments.

Moyle informed North Ringwood’s players of his decision before training on Wednesday night.
North Ringwood president Lee Robinson said he was surprised by Moyle’s decision.
“He just didn’t think he had enough time in the day to commit to coaching a Premier side in 2019,” Robinson said.
“He was very upset making the decision. It was a decision he thought really long and hard about over the last probably six to eight weeks since the end of the season.”
Moyle coached North Ringwood to the 2012 Division 3 premiership and 2014 Division 2 flag before stepping down at the end of the 2015 season.
He returned as interim coach in the second half of 2017 before signing on full-time this year.
Robinson said he was confident the Saints could find a suitable replacement for next year.
“We’re putting together a list of potential candidates and we’ll be interviewing as many people as it takes to find the right person to lead North Ringwood into the future,” he said.
“There is a lot of assistant coaches around and, to be honest, it would be a fantastic opportunity for somebody to coach an up and coming side in Premier division with a strong young list.”
Robinson said he hoped the club could appoint its next coach before the new year.
“We’ve mapped out our training until Christmas already so the assistant coaches and the reserves and under-19s coaches can still take that,” he said.
“We’d like to have somebody interviewed and hired at the club this side of Christmas but we’re not going to rush into it.
“I’m not overly worried we’re not going to get an extremely qualified committed coach.
“I think we’ll be surprised — I’ve already had enquiries to be honest in the last day since the whispers were out.”
Moyle said in a statement: “North Ringwood is on the verge of major growth and success driven by a great committee and playing group,” Moyle said.
“I look forward to watching their success in a continued role as a major sponsor and wish the club that I’m a proud life member of every success in its future.”
