Officers have released vision of a man they want to speak to about an alleged burglary in Richmond in June this year.
The breathtakingly crisp video shows a man gaining access to an underground carpark in Bosisto St between 7.30pm and 11.45pm on June 15.
Once the man had got inside the carpark he allegedly damaged two car stackers before leaving the property.
Armed with what appeared to be a metal poll, satchel and flashlight, the man was wearing blue jeans, a dark jacket and sneakers.
He is perceived to be caucasian, in his mid to late 20s, with a slim build and brown hair.
