Victoria’s newest superfood craze comes with a little extra bark.
Bell & Bone is designed to bring all the good stuff to your furry friend’s diet — including ginger and carob to soothe upset tummies, flaxseed and turmeric for active dogs and coconut and chia for shiny coats.
Prahran health nut Arianne Sackville founded the company after falling in love with her puppy Pedro four years ago and discovering the junk found in most dog food.

She was amazed to find corn, sugar, animal fats, cereals and wheat included, so took matters into her own hands.
“I began researching healthier alternatives, exploring the benefits of raw food, fruit, vegetables and spices,” she said.
After a year of research, she discovered so many other dog owners felt the same way and started feeding her dog raw diets, with cracked eggs, coconut oil, turmeric, and treats of carrots and blueberries.
Then with the help of a food technologist and pet nutritionist, Bell & Bone was born.
“I believe in health and wellness, keeping active and living a good life. How could I possibly have different standards for my furry child,” Ms Sackville said.
“I am on a mission to change the pet food industry and provide options that owners are looking for, educating others about how healthy can be easy, and worth it.”
