A man has has been killed after the truck he was driving rolled off the highway near Seymour.
Emergency services attended the scene at 4am this morning on the Hume Freeway in Tallarook.
The truck was wedged under a tree just off the highway.
Police are trying to determine whether the man suffered a medical episode before the collision.
CFA were first on the scene alongside Ambulance Victoria.
Victoria Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
