Nicholas Cornelius Boers fronts Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on vile child abuse material charges

A Moora man facing vile child abuse material distribution and possession charges has fronted court again.
Nicholas Cornelius Boers is facing four serious charges after an investigation by the Joint Anti Child Exploitation Team (JACET) allegedly found Mr Boers sharing child abuse material on a number of different services.
Mr Boers had previously been facing 38 charges.
Mr Boers allegedly possessed child abuse material on a storage account called mega.nz and distributed child abuse material via Kik Messenger.
Magistrate Simon Zebrowski asked Mr Boers how he intended to plead moving forward, to which Mr Boers responded “guilty”.
Mr Zebrowski ordered Mr Boers to face the Shepparton County Court on June 3 at 9.30am.
