A water resort with “breathtaking views” and a tennis court is up for grabs just over the Victorian border.

The “world-renowned” Capri Waters Country Club Resort with a land area of more than 3000 sq m on Melbourne St, Mulwala is now taking expressions of interest from potential buyers.

The leasehold property is being sold due to the “winding up of the timeshare club”.

Located in the heart of the lake, the unique resort has many nearby activities and features 22 waterfront units, 22 basement car spaces and 10 boatels.

The vacation hotspot also features a swimming pool, spa, outdoor BBQ area, recreation room, tennis court, mini golf and more.

The area was established in 1975 as a timeshare resort.

The price of the resort has not been disclosed.
