A boutique Echuca hotel on a “stunning property” is on the market for the first time in 20 years.
Acacia Terraces, located at 5 Henry St, has an asking price between $2.7-$2.9m.
The property includes four “spacious Victorian style” one bedroom units.
The units are located behind a five bedroom, three bathroom home with a private pool and double garage.
Each unit has a lounge, dining, full kitchen, a bathroom featuring a spa bath and a private courtyard.
The average cost of a night is roughly $125 – with a minimum stay of 2 nights – but for those travelling for a week or longer, a cheaper rate is often offered.
The stylish accommodation often hosts professionals, such as doctors, when they visit the Murray River township for work.
The property is 500m from the town centre, tourist attractions, shops and restaurants.
Stephanie Mannix from CRE Brokers said the property offered “perfect high end accommodation to those visiting the area for work or leisure”.
The property was in “impeccable condition” and a new owner would be able to step in and start earning an income with nothing to spend, Ms Mannix said.
