Two people in hospital after suspected carbon monoxide poisoning at Paynesville

A teenager and a man have been taken to hospital to be treated for suspected carbon monoxide poisoning following an incident in Gippsland.

A boy in his early teens and a man in his 50s have been taken to hospital for suspected carbon monoxide poisoning following an incident at Gippsland.

Emergency crews were called to a Paynesville address this afternoon about 3pm.

Paramedics treated the patients at the scene near Slip Road in Paynesville.

Both were taken to Bairnsdale Hospital for observation in a stable condition.
