The incident unfolded at the bus stop on Princes Dr, outside the Mid Valley Shopping Centre on Monday night.

In a Morwell community group on Facebook, a user shared they were approached by a man who asked if they had a kid and would take them to the “circus”.

After the person responded with “no”, the man then unzipped his pants.

“Stay safe people had a guy at bus stop pleasuring himself,” the user wrote.

The man was described as having blue eyes, brown hair, a beard, wearing a hi vis shirt and beige pants.

A Victoria police spokeswoman said the incident was being investigated.
