Drivers fined over drink and drug driving, alleged drink driver crashes car
Drink and drug drivers have been busted across the Bass Coast as part of a crackdown to help reduce the road toll.

It’s been a busy few days on Bass Coast roads with multiple drunk drivers and crashes recorded.
A 57-year-old female from Glen Alvie, was travelling along Grantville-Glen Alvie Rd, in a Mitsubishi Magna wagon, when she lost control and rolled before landing on a raised embankment.
The driver returned a positive breath test for alcohol.
The driver was issued with two infringement notices, and will her licence suspended for six months.
A booze bus was stationed in Korumburra on Friday, Kilcunda on Saturday and Grantville on Sunday, picking up two drink drivers and two with drugs in their system.
It is alleged the drug drivers tested positive to having meth in their system.
Another driver has been suspended and is off to court after returning an alleged reading of 0.118 BAC after a crash in Wonthaggi on Tuesday.
At 4.45pm police from Wonthaggi responded to a single vehicle crash on Korumburra Rd, on the grassed reservation area of the Wonthaggi Recreation Reserve.
An off-duty officer saw a black Holden Commodore sedan allegedly lose control and become stuck on a tree.
The driver, a 32-year-old man from Inverloch, was found by police and issued an immediate licence suspension.
He will appear in court later this month.
