A young man is in hospital after taking a nasty fall from a pub balcony in regional Victoria.

A man is in hospital after falling about 10m from a pub balcony on Tuesday night.
Emergency services were called to the Shamrock Hotel on Mollison St in Kyneton about 9.30pm to reports someone had fallen from the balcony.
Ambulance Victoria treated a man in his 20s and transported them to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition.
A manger of the hotel said they were “unaware” of the incident as the venue is closed on Tuesday nights.
