Ballarat pool death: Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre | Lal Lal man found dead
Authorities have released details of the Lal Lal man who died at a Ballarat public pool.

A Lal Lal resident has been identified as the man who died in the waters of a Lake Gardens aquatic centre this week.
The Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre was closed after a man was found unresponsive in the pool on Monday, April 19.
A Police Victoria spokeswoman said emergency services were called to the Gillies Street facility at 7.30am.
She said the man was unresponsive and paramedics performed CPR on the man but he was unable to be revived.
On Thursday, a Police Victoria spokeswoman identified the swimmer as a 70-year-old Lal Lal man.
The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said his death was caused by a medical condition.
Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre closed the pool for an entire day following the man’s death.
