How Albury Wodonga residents can vote in the 2022 federal election

One Nation's vote not to be 'underestimated'

Border residents will head to the polls this month to cast their votes in the 2022 federal election.
Election day is Saturday, May 21, but early voting begins on Monday, May 9.
Centres for in-person early voting in the Albury Wodonga region include the Albury Wool Stores on Smollett St, the Albury Masonic Centre and the Wodonga Salvation Army Hall.
The open hours of those booths are listed below.
Anyone unable to attend a booth physically can apply to vote by post until May 18.
Postal ballot papers must be completed and witnessed on or before election day, and the AEC must receive them within 13 days of the election.
Voters can also register to vote over the phone by calling 1800 913 993 between May 9 and midday on May 21, and upon receiving a registration number, they must cast their votes by 6pm on election day.
On May 21, residents of Albury Wodonga and its surrounds can vote at several locations listed below.
Voting centres are also available overseas or interstate for travelling Australians.
