Self-isolation flouters fined $198k for leaving home

Dozens of potentially infectious Victorians have been fined for breaching self-isolation requirements, with nearly $200,000 in fines slapped on rule-breakers since August. It comes as Premier Daniel Andrews says coronavirus numbers are still too high after 11 new cases and two deaths were recorded overnight.
