Geelong superstar Tom Hawkins and wife Emma are expecting their third child.
The power couple and high school sweethearts have two daughters, Arabella, 4, and Primrose, 2.
Emma announced the happy news with a picture of their daughters hugging her tummy.
“My two babies listening to the new baby!,’’ she wrote.
“We are so thrilled to be adding to our family. The girls can’t wait to meet their new brother or sister in July.”
Hawkins, who last week revealed he was isolating with Covid, is set to embark on his 16th season with the Cats. He played his 300th game last year.
In October the couple spoke to the Herald Sun about love, life and the future, and how fond they are of farm life outside of Melbourne.
“I had difficult pregnancies so it wasn’t a pleasant nine months for me,’’ Emma said.
“Never say never, and we are so beyond grateful we have two healthy girls.
“Like Tom has to prepare in the off season I’d have to prepare for a third baby.”
