Sam Frost shares raw pregnancy confession

Former Home and Away actor Sam Frost has given a “very honest” account of her pregnancy journey.

Sam Frost has given a raw update on her pregnancy as she enters the third trimester.

The former Home and Away actor is expecting her first child with fiancee, Survivor star Jordie Hansen.

She told her followers on Instagram that she had not exercised and her pelvic floor had “gone to shit”.

“Righto team, I’m going to be very honest with you,’’ she said on Tuesday.

Sam Frost is expecting a child soon.

“I have not exercised my entire pregnancy. I’ve been for walks and done water aerobics with the grannies down at the pool, but I was talking to Liz from Empowered Motherhood.

‘Basically just venting about how my pelvic floor has gone to s**t and I wee myself all the time and I’m struggling with motivation.”

Frost said she was put on a program and hopes it will provide some accountability with a realistic goal of exercising for 30 minutes a day, three times a week.

As she was speaking and calling herself lazy, Hansen chipped in: “It’s not lazy, you’re growing a baby.”

“I’ll be stoked if I achieve that,’’ Frost said of her workout routine.

Sam Frost and Jordie Hansen are also engaged.

The former Bachelorette has been documenting her pregnancy on social media since announcing the happy news in September, admitting it hasn’t always been easy after initially suffering from morning sickness. She also revealed last month that she had a fall in her driveway.

She and Hansen have now made the move from Melbourne to Noosa.

The pair became engaged in July after about five months of dating.
