TV couple Sam Frost and Jordie Hansen are expecting their first child.
After some speculation the engaged couple confirmed the happy news on social media on Sunday night.
Former Home and Away star Frost and Survivor favourite Hansen both shared the same post and pictures.
“There is a tiny human coming soon.... everyone act surprised when he inevitably inherits his
parents odd sense of humour,’’ the post read.
“We don’t take ourselves or life too seriously, and we’re hoping to teach our tiny one the same values we share... the importance of being unapologetically yourself, always finding the fun and humour in all the small things, and that being kind, loving and empathetic is a superpower.
“Thank you to all our beautiful friends and family who have supported us during this time, you’re all excellent secret keepers. We are extremely excited and grateful for our tiny miracle.. your mum & dad love you so much already xxxx.”
In July the couple revealed they were engaged after just six months of dating and a month prior they spoke about how they had moved in together.
Frost returned back to Melbourne to be closer to family and met Hansen through her younger brother, Alex Frost, who also starred on Australian Survivor.
It’s also been mooted that Hansen is part of the new season of Australian Survivor.
In the first episode of their podcast in July, Frost said: “It is a very important time of our lives, we just recently got engaged and to celebrate we thought let’s hit the road, let’s go on a 14-day road trip,’’ she said on Jordie and Sam’s Rural Roadtrip.
Hansen revealed how he proposed at Uluru in the Northern Territory after they had breakfast: “I said to her hey, when would you say yes to getting married?”
Frost replied: “I said pretty much any time from now. I had no idea he was going to propose. He had tears in his eyes it was very beautiful.”
The couple debuted their relationship on Instagram back in April when they went on a trip down the New South Wales coast.
