The iconic show’s stars including Gina Riley, Jane Turner and Magda Szubanski are reportedly filming at NEP Studios in South Melbourne under a cloud of secrecy, according to TV blog TV Tonight.

The news follows reports that a Kath & Kim special is under way.

The special, separate to a series reboot, is yet to have more details revealed.

It’s unclear who else is involved, or whether the other much loved characters are part of filming.
