WHO will play this year’s AFL Grand Final?
The clock is ticking, and fast.

Beds were burning again about Midnight Oil, but wishful thinking we are told.
Sorry to hose down the power and passion, but the Oils won’t be firing up for that one day in September.
The band are back on hiatus. After cleaning up from last year’s reunion tour Page 13 has been told playing a Grand Final “wasn’t their thing” and it looks like they just Don’t Wanna Be The One.
Cold water was also thrown on another yearly favourite Cold Chisel belting out some hits.
However frontman Jimmy Barnes could be a contender, with a new documentary based on the Working Class Man’s hit book to promote.
AFL songman Paul Kelly has a new album, Nature, out two weeks after the big game and would be a crowd favourite.
Fantasies of Kylie Minogue playing are ruined by the fact she’ll be mid way through a UK tour, and another Aussie female icon, Tina Arena, will be in Sydney for Evita.
Maybe someone could talk Pink into staying in Australia for 10 days after her tour ends to play a few tunes?
Or superstar Cher could fly down to Melbourne during the arvo and then back to Brisbane for her show that night?
Insiders say the line-up is taking longer to lock down than usual, but should surface in the next week. Maybe.
