Nadia Bartel has returned to social media for the first time since her white powder video scandal last month.
The businesswoman and influencer posted about her fashion brand Henne which launched a new season range of clothing last week. She introduced her followers to a new denim collection with a reel of her modelling.
“We have been working hard on our denim collection all year and it’s finally here!,’’ Bartel wrote.
“I am so excited to share @henne— denim officially dropping tomorrow, 2 styles in 4 must have colours. The ‘Ebony’ comes in black and mid blue, it’s a classic, high rise, tapered leg style that finishes at the ankle.
“The ‘Pernilla’ comes in white and light blue, a wider leg style that sits slightly off the body and longer in the leg length. You can go up a size or two in this style for more of an oversized look.”
Bartel ended the post with the hashtag Henne is for her.
It’s the first time the mum of two has posted since she and three others were each fined $5452 for breaching CHO directives after an illegal lockdown party at a Richmond property.
Tuesday night’s post received much support from proud friends including her Spray Aus business partners Bec Judd and Ellie Pearson, who had accidentally posted the snorting video to her Instagram story.
Bartel is often wearing her own designs which are wildly successful and sell out within hours of launch.
Many marketing experts have tipped Bartel’s personal brand would be repaired — she lost some sponsorships but gained over 10,000 followers on Instagram since the scandal.
She released a statement on Instagram on September 3 apologising for her actions.
“I have let you all down by my actions,” Bartel wrote.
“I take full responsibility and I am committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure I make better choices in future. To my family and friends, my business partners and the public health workers trying to keep us all safe, I am embarrassed and remorseful.
“I am truly and deeply sorry. I hope I can earn your forgiveness and, in time, your trust. Nadia.”
Bartel’s divorce from ex, former Geelong star Jimmy Bartel, has recently been finalised after they separated in 2019.
