Basketball superstar Kobe Bryant is strongly tipped to be visiting Melbourne in March.
Bryant, one of the greatest basketball players of all time, is heading to Australia for the first time for an in-conversation event.
It is believed the event, which would involve the sporting great opening up about his life, his tips for success, career highlights, and stories of people he has played with and met throughout his journey, will be Melbourne-only and around March 6.
Bryant, 40, established himself as one of the world’s best sportsmen during his 20-year career with the LA Lakers.

He was part of the gold medal-winning USA basketball team at the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games and also won an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film for his film Dear Basketball.
He retired from the sport which made him a star at the conclusion of the 2016 NBA season.
Bryant released his first book, The Mamba Mentality Experience, detailing the steps he took to prepare mentally and physically to reach greatness in his chosen field, last month.
