Model and businesswoman Jesinta Franklin has shed some light on her AFL player agent plans.
Franklin sparked intrigue in footy circles last year when it was revealed in July she had completed the AFL Players’ Association’s accreditation course and was on track to become an accredited player agent.
“I am accredited,” Franklin, whose husband is Sydney Swans superstar Buddy Franklin, confirmed at the Melbourne Fashion Festival last week where she was a partner of PayPal.
“But I haven’t done anything with that at the moment.
“I probably won’t do anything until the kids get to school, but I did my accreditation to learn a bit more about the industry and broaden my understanding, and get to know the landscape a little bit.
“There are definitely future plans with that, but nothing in the immediate future.”
An inkling as to what those future plans might look like, might be found in a company that was set up last year.
FranklinFinch Management was registered in September last year with the directors listed as Franklin and Adam Finch. Finch is Jesinta and Buddy’s business manager and represents them both.
Franklin brought style and star power to the PayPal Pay in 4 ‘Fashion Illuminated’ closing runway at the MelbourneFashion Festival last weekend.
