Georgia Love’s wedding to Lee Elliott cancelled three times
In a sign of the times, and not a sign she shouldn’t be getting hitched, former Bachelorette star Georgia Love and partner Lee Elliott have had their nuptial plans thwarted three times.

Georgia Love has a new love.
Love has used the COVID-19 cancellation of her longed for Italian wedding as inspiration for a secret new business venture celebrating the joy of travel.
The former Bachelorette will launch Georgia Elliott, an upscale pyjama range that she hopes will fill the gap in the market between high-end pricey PJS and cheap and cheerful sleep sets.
The name, Georgia Elliott, reflects the fact that she and Lee Elliott would have tied the knot in Italy before the range was launched.
After their Italian wedding plans were derailed they set a new date in Tasmania for the ceremony. That has now been pushed into next year as the lockdown and border closures drag on.
“When I was thinking of a name for this company I wanted it to have a personality. I thought it was a nice nod to the fact we should have been getting married this year,” she said.
“It is still me, but it is not quite me yet.
“We have set a (wedding) date next year and are forging ahead hoping it is going to happen as we want it to.
“We had planned an entire wedding for Italy and that has just gone completely out of the window, we then planned a wedding for Tasmania and that date has now changed. We don’t want to have to plan a third wedding but if it ends up that we have to postpone it we will do that.”
Love said decent PJs were as vital as good underwear.
“I have been a massive pyjama fan all my life and my pyjama drama, yes I have a pyjama draw, is always overflowing,” she said.
“It is the one thing, apart from underwear, that you wear every single day. No matter whether you are going out or staying home, every single night you wear a pair of pyjamas so you want to have good ones.”
The brand’s first range, which is flight themed, goes on sale on Tuesday and is designed to remind people of business or first class airline pyjamas.
“When COVID hit I realised no one was travelling anymore, so I thought it would be a fun idea to bring that first class or business class experience to you on your couch or your bed at home.”
