Footy couple Mia Fevola, Jamarra Ugle-Hagan party at For The Love music festival

The new footy couple has stepped out to party after their relationship sparked cruel taunts and a trolling nightmare.

Mia Fevola unveils new romance with Bulldogs rookie Jamarra Ugle-Hagan

Loved-up WAG Mia Fevola has put behind her a trolling nightmare to step out with her boyfriend, Jamarra Ugle-Hagan at the appropriately named For The Love music festival.

The sporty couple has been dating for eight months.

Ugle-Hagan, 19, who plays for the Western Bulldogs and was the No. 1 pick in the 2020 AFL draft, and Fevola, 21, mingled with friends at the pumping festival held at Tullamarine’s URBNSURF on Saturday, looking like they didn’t have a care in the world.

It came after a loving holiday snap that Fevola posted of herself and Ugle-Hagan sparked a wave of cruel and offensive comments from trolls to flood her social media.

The comments picked apart her dating history, leading to many others jumping into the fray to call out the behaviour and stick up for Fevola.

The social media pile on even saw Fevola’s father, former Carlton star, Brendan, take the trolls to task on his Fox FM breakfast show.

“Mia’s been with a couple of football players. That’s OK,” he told the Fifi, Fev and Nick show.

“She was with Josh (Battle from St Kilda) for a little bit. Dated Daniel (Rioli from Richmond). He was part of the family (but) they moved on, they haven’t been together for nearly two years.

“He’s moved on with another girl which is great for Daniel. He’s a great kid.

“Now she’s met this other guy, Jamarra. Great kid. Young boy. And they started dating before he even started playing football. He wasn’t drafted at all.

“She can date whoever she wants, she can go out with whoever she wants, whenever she wants. She’s a 21-year-old girl. When we were 21 we were doing whatever we wanted.

“It just pisses me off that people can write that and say vile things online about any girl, not just Mia.”

Ugle-Hagan meanwhile kicked off his VFL career with an impressive game for the Bulldogs against Collingwood on Friday.

He kicked five goals in a performance that could see him considered for his senior debut with the Bulldogs against the West Coast Eagles at Marvel Stadium next Sunday.

Ugle-Hagan has been likened to a young Buddy Franklin due to his playing style.

Also attending For The Love on Saturday was Eleanor Baillieu, Hannah Orval, Chloe and Cassie Roberts, Tess Shanahan and Sharon Johal.
