MODEL renovator Elyse Knowles and her partner Josh Barker have made a million-dollar move in the Melbourne property market.
The fashion darling turned reality renovator and her builder boyfriend pocketed $547,000 for winning the 2017 season of The Block, selling their stunning Elsternwick transformation to comic Dave Hughes for $3.06 million.

They followed that win by off-loading their Coburg home for $1.631 million in November.
Now it appears their next makeover will be in Albert Park, with sources revealing the couple parted with $1.35 million in a very quiet off-market deal for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom weatherboard cottage in the inner bayside suburb in February.
The pair celebrated their buy on Instagram that month posting: “When we get the keys to our new home and Joshy paints EVERYTHING white!!! Feels fresh and ready for our butts to move in YAY.”
Their social media account has since been filled with design inspiration and dream home posts.
