And now, footy larrikin turned radio star Brendan Fevola has put a ring on it.

The Fox FM favourite surprised his former ex-wife, Alex, with a magnificent — and huge — sparkling diamond ring last week.

But it is not an engagement ring — Alex already has one of those having wed, divorced and then got engaged again to Fevola — rather it is a push present.

“It is a beautiful ring and she absolutely deserves it,” Fevola said at the premiere of The Grinch at Melbourne Central today.

“I bought it for her a push present and it represents all our children, including number four.”

The couple is due to welcome their fourth daughter on November 28.

“I can’t wait and Alex is certainly ready for the baby — she looks beautiful,” he said.

Fevola will be on air with Fox FM one hour less per day for the last week of the radio ratings year after the birth of the baby.

“I will be on air from 6am-8am then do the school drop off and then I’ll go into daddy daycare mode,” he said.

“When the other babies were born, I was always footy training so I didn’t really get to spend a lot of time at home.

“Now Alex reckons it is my turn — I am going to be doing nappies, bottles, night feeds.

“It is going to be great.”
