Fifi Box has welcomed her second baby into the world, taking to Instagram to share the happy news.
The Melbourne-based radio presenter shared an image of her newborn along with herself and daughter Trixie in hospital, revealing the new addition’s name as Daisy Belle Box.
After giving birth yesterday, Box called into her radio show Fifi, Fev & Byron this morning to share the exciting news with her colleagues.
“I’m really emotional — I’ve had a baby!” she said.
“We’ve had a beautiful girl, and she’s absolutely heaven. Trixie and I are deliriously, hopelessly in love with her.”
Speaking to her radio show co-hosts Brendan Fevola and Byron Cooke, as well as Yvie Jones who is covering Box’s maternity leave, she emotionally spoke of the bond already developing between her two daughters.

“She came into the world yesterday morning at 8.30, and I didn’t get to hold her again until about midday … Trixie held her for about four and a half hours and she wouldn’t let her go,” she said.
“Having two little girls, two little sisters that will love each other and have each other for their whole life, it’s so special.”
According to Box, six-year-old Trixie also had a hand in naming her little sister.
“Trixie decided when she found out that I was having a baby that it was going to be called Daisy, and I just let it go,” she said.
“And then suddenly I realised for seven months, she’s been wanting to call the baby Daisy and there’s no going back. So she’s named her little sister which is really special.”
