The Bachelor star Jed McIntosh’s brutal rejection as revamped series promises to entertain

It may be a new-look series with three suitors but leaked clips show The Bachelor will deliver just as much heartache, plot twists and steamy encounters than ever before.

Melbourne based rocker Jed McIntosh suffers a brutal rejection when he attempts to hand out a rose on The Bachelors, a leaked clip of the revamped series has revealed.

McIntosh, one of three men hoping to woo a lady that enters the Gold Coast mansion, is not impressed by the “bash to the ego” when rebuffed by a blonde bombshell.

“I wish the best for you and I hope that you meet someone,’’ she tells the drummer.

“I’d love to stay friends and stay in contact.”

Looking shellshocked by the snub, he replies: “Yep good. Well it was lovely meeting you. Cheers.”

As he walks off she’s heard saying, “please don’t hate me”.

McIntosh then tells the camera: “What a bash to the ego. It was brutal. Absolutely brutal.

“I just thought I was the one making those decisions, but apparently not. Onto the next one I guess.”

As he proceeds to head off screen he’s heard to say “F … me”.

McIntosh is vying for the heart of one of 30 women along with pro basketballer Felix Von Hofe and life coach and restaurant manager Thomas Malucelli.

Each Bachelor has 10 roses with other leaked clips showing Felix getting hot and heavy with one of his attractive suitors.

The Bachelors premieres tonight on Ten.
