Model mum Jesinta Franklin will reunite her family after seven weeks apart, revealing Buddy missed some magic milestones while she was in quarantine.

Jesinta Franklin is ready to reunite her family after seven weeks apart, revealing that husband, Sydney Swans superstar, Buddy Franklin, has missed some important milestones.

The model mum of two will leave Queensland on Thursday night after two weeks of quarantine.

“It’s day by day and the whole thing has changed so many times but we’re hoping to get out,’’ Franklin said.

“It’s been tough but it’s just the reality of the world we’re living in at the moment.

“Not only me and what all the other Swans and GWS players’ partners have to do, but thousands of Australians.

Jesinta says Facetime was a 'saving grace’ for the family of four.

“If you want to be reunited with your family who are either living abroad or interstate now, gone are the days where you could just jump on a flight. It’s a sign of the times.”

Franklin has documented some of her time with her two children, Tallulah, one and Rocky, four months, showing how she’s turned their bathtub into a makeshift laundry and beauty area.

“Facetime has been a saving grace for us,’’ she said.

“We live for those little moments we get as a family. The kids have both grown so much, Tallulah said her first word in here and Rocky rolled for the first time, so we’re just trying to keep Bud involved in those moments as much as possible.

“We’re very much at the tail end of it now and there’s light at the end of the tunnel.”

Jesinta’s new Seafolly campaign is very pared back.

Before heading into quarantine Franklin shot a new campaign for Seafolly, championing four pillars of the swimwear brand — Fashion, Fit, Sustainability and Female Empowerment.

She said she had embraced her post baby body.

“There was no hair and make up, it was all very pared back, but it’s nice to feel that little part of me is still alive,’’ Franklin said.

“I’ve had two babies in the space of 13 months, which is crazy, so my body doesn’t look the same as it did before but I feel differently towards it now.

“I did feel a bit different being in a bikini but it doesn’t bother me. There’s some rolls, cellulite, stretch marks and to me that’s all beautiful because it gave me two healthy babies.”
