“Life has definitely changed but definitely for the better.’’ Murphy said.

“It’s a new adjustment but he’s been really great which is a blessing. The newborn stage is fairly easy — they kind of just eat, sleep and repeat really. It’s definitely an adjustment but all is going well so far.”

Murphy has taken Max to all three of Carlton’s matches so far, including the Collingwood clash at the MCG.

She attended the Magic at Twilight preview at Chadstone on Friday, a four week entertainment festival which starts Saturday.

She said the couple wants to have more children.

“I’d hate for him to be an only child,’’ Murphy said.

“Marc and I both have other siblings. But we’ll space them out.

“Get used to having one first, master that and then move on.”
