Jason Johannisen and Logan Shine hire tattoo artist and fire dancers for their Bali wedding

A tattoo artist was a special guest at Jason Johannisen and Logan Shine’s big day, with the happy couple and majority of guests leaving with a permanent reminder of the “magical” event.

The fairytale love story of Bulldogs star Jason Johannisen and Logan Shine was sealed with a kiss – and a tattoo.

During their Bali wedding at the weekend the couple inked a permanent reminder with matching ‘lover’ tattoos on their arms.

“Jase also got a little ‘L’ on his ring finger because he has to take his wedding band on and off for footy all the time,” Logan said.

In planning for three events to celebrate their nuptials, Logan paid close attention to the details, organising a tattoo artist, fire dancers, spinning video photography and shots on arrival.

The welcome party was at Finn’s in Canggu and the wedding and recovery was at Noku Beach House in Seminyak Beach.

“It was magical,” Logan said, wearing a gown by Liz Martinez.

“We’ve been planning the wedding week since we got engaged just before Covid, so it’s been a long time coming.

“The highlight for the guests was probably the tattoo artist we had at the wedding and the recovery – I think around 80 per cent of the guests walked away with some sort of permanent reminder of our week.”

The Johannisens, who have two children Lola and Ziggy, are off to the US and Mexico for their honeymoon.
