TV commentator and radio host James Brayshaw has popped the question to his partner Lisa Christie.
The loved up pair have just returned from a whirlwind holiday in Italy where it’s believed Brayshaw proposed.
They visited places with friends including Verona, Lake Garda and Florence, with Brayshaw saying it’s his favourite destination.
“Italy... best country in the world ... daylight second ... next level extraordinary!” he wrote on social media.
Christie alluded to having some exciting news after captioning a selfie of the pair on Instagram: “Best trip yet... hands down! See you soon kids!”
Brayshaw has often joked on social media that Christie is Australia’s luckiest girl and refers to her as the best.
The prime time footy caller is now preparing for the summer of cricket with Channel 7, alongside some big names including Matthew Hayden, Ricky Ponting and Damien Fleming.
Brayshaw has four sons with ex-wife of 23 years, Sarah.
Christie, an interior designer, has two children from a previous relationship. She was also once engaged to gardening guru Jamie Durie and has been dating Brayshaw since 2017.
