Emma Hawkins bursting with joy over third pregnancy

Emma Hawkins says husband and Geelong star Tom is “born to be a dad” as the couple gets ready for the arrival of their third child.

Emma Hawkins says her third pregnancy already has the family bursting with joy.

The wife of Geelong star Tom is due in July with a brother or sister for Arabella, 5, and Primrose, 2.

“It took a few people by surprise but we feel so ready to add to our family,” Hawkins said.

“It feels different because Arabella is a bit older and she really understands. Primrose thinks there’s a dinosaur in my tummy. We like having girls and don’t mind at all what we have. We are just so happy to be having a third.”

Emma Hawkins is due to have her third baby in July.

Hawkins, who is 18 weeks’ pregnant, says Tom was born to be a dad.

“He’s good at so many things but being a dad is his best attribute,” she said.

“Tom took Belle to an AFLW game the other day and the girls have hardly been to a game, so we are excited to get to them this year.”

Hawkins said she had managed this pregnancy well after some sickness with the previous two.

The co-founder of Homegrown Kids has posed in her new capsule collection with Ceres Life, which launches on Tuesday.

“It’s my third year working with the brand and this collection is all about relaxed staples for everyday life,” she said.
