Got a hankering for a personal message from a reality TV reject and a spare $11?
D-listers are putting themselves on a shout-out website that allows people to buy personalised messages from celebrities for a, sometimes tiny, fee.
For the bargain price of $11, manic toothbrusher Troy Delmege from Married At First Sight will record you a personalised video. A message from Telv Williams, who appeared in the same series, will set you back even less — a measly $10, while cheater and self-professed “feminist” Dean Wells charges $25 a pop.

Star of the most recent MAFS series, Mike Gunner, who was labelled a misogynist and gaslighter, will give you relationship advice for $20.
Even though these prices are laughably low when compared to actual celebrities like Snoop Dogg ($500 per video), Charlie Sheen ($350) and Caitlyn Jenner ($2500), they won’t be quitting their day jobs anytime soon — especially after a 25 per cent cut is taken by the website, Cameo.
But what is even more shocking is the D-listers charging big bucks for their personalised videos.
Nathan Favro from The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise demands an eye-watering $100 per video while Elora Tahiti from the same franchise is demanding $70.
Favro has no user reviews, indicating he may not as yet had any fans willing to part with $100 for a message from him.
Cameo CEO Steven Galanis said all Cameo “celebrities” need to be included on the site is 20,000 followers on Instagram, “with the exception of household names that might not have social media accounts”.
“We do not allow any hate speech or nudity on Cameo, which will be grounds for removal if we see it,” he said.
The site has not been without controversy.
In February, after Cardinal George Pell was sentenced to six years’ jail for sexually abusing two choirboys, someone bought a $150 video from rapper Flavor Flav and asked him to wish Pell a happy retirement.
“Yes I’m standing and I didn’t fell, cause this message goes out to Geoooorge Pell,” Flav bellowed into the camera.
“I know you ran the boys’ choir man. You know what I’m saying.’’
“All of the boys on the choir respected you, you know what I’m saying, they collected you, my man.”
The video is no longer on the Cameo website.
