Nathan Buckley’s girlfriend is preparing to share the routines that make her “feel amazing” while juggling motherhood and her business.

Nathan Buckley’s girlfriend, cosmetic nurse Alex Pike, has revealed she has never been happier after being empowered by her beauty and body transformation.

The mum of three told the Sunday Herald Sun she had gone on a “huge personal growth journey” over the past five years.

“I’ve been working in facial aesthetics and beauty for 17 years and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved as an independent woman,” Ms Pike, 44, said.

“Going through all of the challenges in my life, while balancing being a mum to three boys and being an entrepreneur, I’ve learnt the importance of self care and self love to stay grounded.

Alex Pike has been on a “huge personal growth journey” over the past five years.

She now wants to help other women feel empowered.

“Growth and development is something I’ve invested more in and it’s made me a better person because I feel so good on the inside.”

Since sharing her journey on her social media, Ms Pike has been inundated with questions from women about health and beauty and how she achieves her own lifestyle goals.

She has carved a loyal following of her own, largely through daily Instagram posts and positive affirmations.

Ms Pike now wants to share her knowledge and experience in personal growth to help other women and has created a new eight-week program called Inside Out Beauty.

“I’ve created daily routines and practices that make me feel amazing mentally, physically and emotionally. Some of these include meditation, walking, cold therapy, gratitude journaling and sticking to a healthy diet plan,’’ she said.

“By implementing all of these activities into my life, my energy has shifted and I’m glowing from the inside out.

“From my own experience, feeling beautiful is not only about how I look on the outside, but also about how I feel on the inside.

Alex Pike has carved out a loyal following.

The entrepreneur has launched her own lifestyle program.

“Over the last few years, I’ve shared my journey on my social media accounts and have had a huge response from other women, interested to find out what I do to look and feel beautiful.” As a result, Ms Pike said, she had created a program to share everything she does to live a happy and healthy lifestyle “and look great while doing it”.

There are two tiers to the program, one is online only, the other tier is called the Inner Circle and will also include positive ageing and full face injectable treatments with Pike in person.

It will be available online in the new year and is now open for applications.

“I’m so excited to empower and support women to move towards becoming their best self,’’ she said.

Ms Pike has successfully juggled staying healthy, fit and balanced while working between her Albury and Melbourne clinics, being a mum to her three sons, Hudson, 15, Spencer, 14, and Jim, 8, and having a public relationship with ex-Collingwood coach Buckley.

The pair has been together since January.
