How to get tickets to Frozen musical at Her Majesty’s Theatre in Melbourne

It will be the hottest show in town, and mark the return of performances to Her Majesty’s Theatre — here’s how to see Disney’s Frozen musical.

Frozen the Musical coming to Melbourne in 2021

Ice queen Elsa, from the Disney hit Frozen, has conjured up the hottest ticket in town.

A musical version of the movie, opening in Melbourne in June, has broken box office records for pre-sale tickets at the hosting theatre, Her Majesty’s.

General sales are now open.

Thomas Schumacher, president of Disney Theatrical Productions, said: “The opportunity to work in Australia alongside Frozen’s remarkable cast, crew and orchestra creating the first international production of this gorgeous show was one of the joys of my career.

“To bring the show to the great city of Melbourne, where we’ve done The Lion King, Mary Poppins and Aladdin, and to be a part of the renaissance of Melbourne’s vibrant theatrical community is another honour.

“Australian audiences have warmly welcomed Disney shows for decades and your extraordinary talent pool has created performers that we’ve been proud to present around the world. We are thrilled to be back in Melbourne.”

Frozen The Musical stars Melbourne’s Jemma Rix as Elsa, Courtney Monsma as Elsa’s sister Anna, Matt Lee as snowman Olaf, Thomas McGuane as the villainous Hans, Sean Sinclair as ice delivery guy Kristoff.

Frozen will be the first musical to re-open Her Majesty’s Theatre, since COVID-19 shut down stages locally and around the world.

Pricing options include tickets for as low as $49.50 and payment methods such as AfterPay. frozenthemusical.com.au
