ONE of the men charged in relation to the stabbing death of Raymond Harris in Surfers Paradise has delayed a bail application.
Zaynn Stevannes Bekker is charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
He was due to apply for bail in the Southport Magistrates Court on Friday.
The bail application was delayed after prosecutors provided additional evidence early on Friday.
The matter was adjourned to December.
Kyle Jack Webb, his step-brother Jye Sebastian Webb-Italia and Jarod James Miller are also charged with murder and common assault in relation to the murder.
Amy Anne Ackerman is also charged with accessory after the fact.
It is alleged the 27-year-old father was stabbed to death on Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise about 9pm on September 23.
It is alleged Webb, Webb-Italia and Miller “hunted” down Mr Harris before the attack.
Bekker and Ackerman were allegedly following close behind.
After the incident the group left the scene.
All five will have their matters next hearing in court on December 17.
