Kyle Jack Webb, his step-brother Jye Sebastian Webb-Italia and Jarod James Miller are also charged with murder and common assault in relation to the murder.

Amy Anne Ackerman is also charged with accessory after the fact.

It is alleged the 27-year-old father was stabbed to death on Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise about 9pm on September 23.

It is alleged Webb, Webb-Italia and Miller “hunted” down Mr Harris before the attack.

Bekker and Ackerman were allegedly following close behind.

After the incident the group left the scene.

All five will have their matters next hearing in court on December 17.
