FOOTY TRAGEDY: YOUNG COAST PLAYER PASSES AWAY
15. DAVID MEAD
PNG winger ranks fourth of the club’s games list with 147, including 67 tries.
From 2009 he joined Kevin Gordon in a strong wing pair but perhaps never truly evolved into an elite player.
Having said that he was wholehearted and still holds a special place in the hearts of Titans fans.

14. ANTHONY DON
If this was based on popularity the Grafton Ghosts winger could be top five.
A late bloomer who became a cult hero, Don has scored a record 76 tries in 129 games and remains a favourite.
13. ASHLEY HARRISON
It says everything about how valuable he was to the Titans across 117 games that from 2008-14 he also became a Maroons regular.
While he often did the unsung work, there’s no doubt he had a huge influence on helping the club reach the finals in those early seasons.
12. MARK MINICHIELLO
Got every ounce out of his ability in a club-record 173 games.
Shows just how much teammates love playing with him that he only just hung up the boots from the English Super League in 2019 at age 37.
Played his best footy at the club, which is telling.
11. NATHAN FRIEND
The backbone in those early years and would walk into any Titans team of all-time.
Durable rake even enjoyed a farewell at the club in 2016, taking his games tally to 121.
