A BURLEIGH home dubbed “the Gold Coast’s most photographed house” is back on the market, just four months after it was bought for more than $3.75 million.
The Palms, on Deodar Drive has been listed for just shy of $4 million after becoming a social media sensation, with more than 600 people flooded the street in May to see it auctioned.

Kingfisher Realty principal Conal Martin said the new owners were moving on for “personal reasons”.
“The previous auction was the talk of the Gold Coast and we are expecting a similar level of interest now the property is back on the market,” he said.

“Since May, The Palms has been awarded multiple design prizes and continued to receive national exposure for its meticulous design and incredible location only 400m from Burleigh Beach.
“While we will not be holding an auction this time, we have already received the first of what we expect will be many multimillion-dollar offers.”
The four-bedroom is just 400m to Burleigh Beach.
The listing of the Palms comes only a week after the $3.1 million sale of the nearby 44 Jabiru Ave which smashed the record for the highest price for a Burleigh Waters property.
