MORE than $71 million worth of units inside a wellness-themed southern Gold Coast residential tower have sold in a single weekend.
Coolangatta’s Esprit was launched to the market on Saturday by developer S & S projects, with the $130m tower the latest to be swept up by both local and interstate buyers who bought more than half its 97 units.

A significant number of buyers came from Covid-afflicted Sydney’s beachside suburbs and inner city as well as Melbourne’s outer suburbs.
S & S boss Paul Gedoun, who is behind the under-construction Flow residences and Awaken Residences, said the initial burst of sales had exceeded expectations.
