Two young teenage boys have been arrested after allegedly breaking into a business at midnight.

Two young teenagers have been arrested after they allegedly broke into a Port Lincoln business in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

About 12.40am, police were called to a business in Edinburgh Street after an alarm went off.

Shortly afterwards, patrols located the alleged offenders, – a 14-year-old Port Lincoln boy and a 13-year-old Port Augusta boy.

They were charged with aggravated serious trespass, unlawful possession and possessing an article to commit an offence.

The two teens were bailed to appear in Port Lincoln Youth Court on March 18.

Police have requested anyone who might have witnessed suspicious activity around the business to call the Police Assistance Line immediately on 131444.
