Macksville man Nathan James Proctor fronted Coffs Harbour Local Court on Tuesday – and at one point was facing more than 60 charges including those related to drug supply and unauthorised firearms.

However, several of the charges have now been dropped but he remains charged with four counts of supplying drugs including methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana in the Corindi Beach area in 2023.

The 33-year-old has been further charged with threatening another man with violence on October 16, 2023, and dealing with the proceeds of crime.

Proctor has also been slapped with a charge of participating in a criminal group with police alleging the activity took place between June 2023 and March 2024 at Corindi Beach, a suburb about 30 kilometres north of Coffs Harbour.

Two charges of possessing an unauthorised firearm, including a .22 Magnum, have also been levelled at Proctor.

He is yet to enter a plea to the remaining charges and his matter has been adjourned to June 10.
