SSKIN: Emilee and Amy Hembrow open injectables and skin care clinic

The Hembrow sisters have officially opened their cosmetic clinic on the Gold Coast today. SEE THE LIST OF TREATMENTS.

MILLIONS of people across the world follow the antics of the popular Hembrow Instagram clan. Now two of the sisters want those fans to look like them too.

Amy and Emilee Hembrow — who together have more than 1.2 million Instagram followers — will launch their latest business venture called SSKIN in Bundall on Monday.

Another sister Tammy, who boasts 11.5 million followers, is not part of this venture but they have several other businesses together. The family are nicknamed the Australian Kardashians after the US TV series that follows the life of the Kardashian – Jenner family.

Amy and Emilee said they had treatments regularly in Los Angeles before COVID struck and, unable to travel internationally, wanted to bring the latest therapeutics from America to the Coast.

They include their favourite facials, injectables and IV drip treatments they’ve experienced in America.

“We used to go to LA a lot, before COVID, and (these treatments) are really big over there,” Amy said.

“We’ve experienced all different types of facials and everything and these are the ones we want.

“This place (SSKIN) is where we would want to go. From the whole aesthetic through to the treatments.”

Treatments start at $89 for a facial up to $1995 for an all-over non-surgical lifting service.

Intravenous therapy (IV) drip infusion treatments delivers nutrients directly into a vein. They take 45-minutes and cost from $250.

The Hembrows will not be doing any of the service themselves, having hired two nurses, a doctor and facialist.

“The IV drips go straight into your arm. It’s really big in America. People are using them weekly,” Emilee said.

“We’re going to offer bridal parties and things like that. Even if you have a group of friends that are like ‘let’s all get an IV treatment’ you can have the room to yourself and we can organise champagne and platters.”

The Hembrows said they had been inundated with bookings.

“The phone has been off the hook. We haven’t advertised at all,” Emilee said.

“We even had a walk in on (Wednesday). I’m not too sure where they found the address but they said ‘When can I get a treatment? I’m not too sure what type of treatments you have but I want one’. Our doctor is already booked out for the next three weeks.”

“I want to be here every second,” Emilee said. “We will try to be here as much as possible, but of course we do have other commitments and businesses too.”

Both Emilee, 28, and Amy, 30, are mums and have other business such as sharing partnerships in their sister Tammy’s, fitness business and activewear label.

Rose Quartz Deluxe Signature Facial

A facial treatment which uses a rose quartz crystal roller tool to reduce puffiness, wrinkles and de-stress.

SSKIN True Lift

A non-surgical treatment which gives the face an instant lift by supporting the ligaments. This treatment will elevate eyebrows, define cheekbones, lifts the mouth, defines the jawline and softens lines.

IV Infusions

Intravenous therapy (IV) is therapy that delivers fluids directly into a vein. Infusions take about 45-minutes. SSKIN offers three options – Glow for hair, skin and nails, recovery and dehydration, and energiser boost.

NAD+ Booster

NAD+ occurs naturally in every cell in the body but declines when you get older. This treatment can restore energy, improve athletic performance, reverse depression, or help cure cravings.
