Woman’s $12 Kmart school boys pants find

A woman has revealed the unexpected $12 bargain buy she nabbed from Kmart which include a surprise detail.

A woman has shared an in-depth clip on the bargain pair of pants she nabbed from Kmart – and it’s not from a section you would expect.

Taking to TikTok, the shopper who goes by the name of Mary on the platform, said she had to make a “whole video” about the $12 buy because they’re “so good”.

She managed to score the grey pair of pants, which feature a “surprise” detail, from the teenage boys Back to School section.

“I am going to make a whole ass video about my pants because they’re so good. They’re from Kmart,” she said while modelling the pants.

“(They’re) from the teenage boys back to school section. I am like a 6 to 8 and I bought (it in) the size boys 14. I saw a size 16 which I think would fit about an 8 to 10.”

Mary explained the pants have adjustable straps which offer different ways to wear them,

“I am sure all men’s pants have this,” she said before modelling how it looks with the waist strap undone.

“(It is) why I like them because you can literally make sure they fit you properly. They gather a little bit but it’s not that bad – but they’re $12,” she emphasised.

“I would love a forest green pair or a dark brown. You know how (they) do ugly colours for school clothes, well they would actually look cool on these pants.”

She said the reason she was shopping in the boys section was because she spotted the pants dumped somewhere else in a smaller size and it lead her to the boys section.

Since sharing the clip over the weekend, along with another video where she paired the pants with a white singlet and cap, viewers have rushed to nab the bargain buy.

“Running to Kmart for these pants,” one woman wrote.

“Guess I’m going to Kmart today,” another viewer wrote, while a third added: “Shop smarter not harder! Love.”

One viewer commented the front of the pants “look funny” to which Mary responded she’s not complaining as they were just $12.

Others pointed out that Kmart also has the “best” boys T-shirts.

“So cheap and great fabric. All my white T-shirts are from there now lol,” one woman wrote.

“I literally bought a kids’ school skirt from Kmart today,” said another.

One shopper recommended Mary check out Best & Less if she wanted a pair of green pants.

“Best & Less have that green colour you’re looking for and they usually have maroon too,” she added.
