Jessica Rowe has shared her emotional reaction to her daughter’s success

A big Aussie star has been spotted looking emotional at her daughter’s first big fashion show in some very sweet snaps.

Jessica Rowe has revealed her emotional reaction to seeing her daughter Allegra Overton model in her first catwalk show.

Allegra is a rising Australian model, and not only is she the daughter of television star Rowe, but she’s also the daughter of respected newsreader Peter Overton.

The teenager has yet to finish high school, but she’s already venturing into the Aussie entertainment industry, and her famous mum couldn’t be prouder.

Rowe, 53, posted the sweet snaps on Instagram of Allegra walking in her first show and described the milestone experience as “overwhelming.”

Rowe was spotted in a bright outfit, proudly seated in the front row as she watched her daughter walk down the catwalk for luxury activewear brand AJE Athletic.

The emotion was written all over Rowe’s face as she saw her daughter strut down the runway for the very first time.

“Here I am teary as I watch my darling brave firstborn Allegra do her first catwalk show,” the proud mum wrote on Instagram.

Rowe described Allegra as a “powerhouse of wonder,” and thanked the brand for wanting to work with her daughter.

Rowe’s been very public about how excited she is that Allegra has ventured into modelling and has been sharing her joy online.

Earlier this year, she took to Instagram to reveal that the teenager had signed as a model to Priscilla’s Models and she also shared her eldest daughter’s professional headshots on Instagram and calling herself a “mum-ager.”

Get it? Mum combined with the manager.

Rowe’s taking her new title seriously and even filmed a TikTok of Allegra at her first big photo shoot.

“I’m so proud, just quietly!” Rowe gushed loudly to her followers.

Rowe filmed Allegra and all the behind scenes of the shoot. So, everything from the hair and make-up to the styling, and she even tried offering her daughter some tips while she was being photographed.

“Let’s have some smiles, please,” she called out.
